GROUP POWER is
your hour of power! This 60 minute barbell program strengthens all your
major muscles in an inspiring, motivating group environment with
fantastic music and awesome instructors. With simple, athletic movements
such as squats, lunges, presses and curls, GROUP POWER is for all ages
and fitness levels. Discover results, discover GROUP POWER!
KICK
brings it on! This electric 60 minute fusion class of martial arts and
boxing movements will kick your cardio fitness to the next level while
defining and shaping your body and self confidence! Energetic music,
awesome instructors and a group environment will keep you punching,
kicking and smiling! GROUP KICK will knock you out!
STEP
Enjoy a traditional step experience that incorporates
intermediate-level choreography set to great music. Focuses on aerobic
endurance and challenges your anaerobic threshold, and beyond, with
intervals of athletic drills.
YOGA
Focuses on foundational yet challenging poses, sequencing, safe
technique, proper breathing, and integration of the mind in order to
build the foundation of a yoga practice.
STEP EXPRESS
Enjoy a traditional step experience that incorporates
intermediate-level choreography set to great music. Focuses on aerobic
endurance and challenges your anaerobic threshold, and beyond, with
intervals of athletic drills. (ONLY 30 MINUTES)
STEP INTERVAL
A 45 minute class of basic step aerobics choreography combined with
intervals of lower body sculpting, strengthening, and endurance. Learn
Step terminology and moves to improve cardiovascular fitness and perform
variety of exercises to shape and tone the lower body. A medium to high
intensity workout for a variety of fitness levels
RIDE
Everyone finishes first in GROUP RIDE! Pedal in groups, roll over
hills, chase the pack, climb mountains and spin your way to burning
calories and strengthening your lower body. This 60 minute cycling
program is geared for anyone that can ride a bike. Motivating music,
awesome instructors and an inspiring group environment lets you Ride On!
Zumba
combines high-energy and motivating music with unique moves and
combinations that allow the Zumba participants to dance away their
worries. Add some spice and flare to your workout and shake your
cha-cha! This Latin-based group exercise class is fun and easy to do.
No dance experience required!
