The cardio cinema allows members to watch movies, in a room similar to a movie theatre setting, while working out on their favorite cardiovascular equipment. The spacious cardio cinema room features many of the same cardio machines offered on the floor such as  elliptical machines and upright and recumbent bicycles. The large screen, upscale audiovisual equipment, low lighting, and surround sound system allows members to engage in their workout routine while enjoying some of the most popular movies. The movie plays back-to-back all day so you can join in any time.

• Use of Cell Phone is NOT permitted in the theater. Please either leave phone in locker or turn it OFF before entering.

• No one under the age of 17 years old is permitted in Theater. (Unless parent or guardian gives the consent.

• Light levels within are minimal, especially during dark sequences. If you have difficulty seeing in the dark or are subject to dizziness or are on medications that may impair your motor functions or concentration… Please cardio equipment outside the theater room.

• Warning! The Audio system is designed to provide a true movie theatre experience, within contain action sequences where sound volume will be at high levels.

• PRO Fitness will strive to bring quality movie experience for you to enjoy that in general will be family friendly, however the choice is yours! PLEASE check the Motion Picture Association of America ratings shown on the movie schedule and understand what potential content may be shown and/or heard. If you feel some content being shown may be inappropriate for you, please refrain from using the theater that day.

• Equipment is “first come, first served”. There is NO reserving of any piece of of equipment.
