RIP
 is a 60-minute barbell program for able-bodied men and women of all ages all fitness levels.  Matching movement to music and using traditional strength training allows participants to work at their own level. 
 
STEP Enjoy a traditional step experience that incorporates intermediate-level choreography set to great music. Focuses on aerobic endurance and challenges your anaerobic threshold, and beyond, with intervals of athletic drills.


YOGA Focuses on foundational yet challenging poses, sequencing, safe technique, proper breathing, and integration of the mind in order to build the foundation of a yoga practice.

PRO RIDE  incorporates cycling, choreography, and motivational techniques to give you a completely safe, aerobic, adrenaline ride.  Get in the zone! Let's RIDE!


ZUMBA combines high-energy and motivating music with unique moves and combinations that allow the Zumba participants to dance away their worries. Add some spice and flare to your workout and shake your cha-cha! This Latin-based group exercise class is fun and easy to do. No dance experience required!
 
TABATA  a 45 min class (named for Japanese researcher Izumi Tabata) is a high intensity interval training workout. Using basic exercises like push ups and crunches or advanced exercises like burpees and mountain climbers.
Tabata is Structured  and modified for ALL fitness levels.

during times of inclement weather  group x classes will not be offered in accordance with Columbia Public School cancellations.  Even though the gym may be open on most major holidays, group x classes may be cancelled; see club for details.
